California law rightly prohibits compensation, gifts or anything of value to public officials and employees, and Dottco offers none, to anyone, in any form. What we offer is simpler: when an owner’s residential property has become a problem and a sale is one lawful path the owner may choose, Dottco is a legitimate, verifiable local purchaser and redeveloper you can make them aware of.
